Young Paik is a Partner at Educe and has over 18 years of experience in the learning and talent technology industry. He leads the Healthcare talent management practice and serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor and Engagement Manager to leading healthcare organizations, in addition to complex, global customers in varied verticals. Within Educe, he is responsible for driving internal development, onboarding, and culture for the consulting staff.
Prior to joining Educe, Young managed award-winning, research-validated education platforms impacting youth health behaviors. He also grew and program-managed a non-profit digital media education company, from start-up stage to a national footprint. He has served in leadership positions for several community and faith-based organizations, including as a board member of The Addis Clinic, which works to connect doctors in the U.S. to underserved patients worldwide using telemedicine.
