He has 12 years of experience implementing talent management systems and processes for customers across multiple industries. Beyond initial system implementation, Pat’s expertise includes guiding customers to optimize their technology platform and maximize the value it brings to their user base. In extended enterprise user populations, this means helping customers to better serve their own clients.
