Nyla Reed is a Founding Partner of Educe, by way of a merger with the firm she founded in 2003, Hashmi Solutions, Inc. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of talent management, helping organizations develop and execute talent strategies while maximizing technology investments. Among other responsibilities, Nyla is the senior strategic advisor for major customers. Her main areas of focus include learning and performance process transformation, effective management of regulatory and compliance requirements, and adapting staffing to meet changing workplace demands.
Prior to Educe, Nyla led global LMS implementations as a Managing Consultant at Saba Software and developed the company’s first consultant training program. In Training Specialist roles at the US Senate and EDS, she developed training solutions for the Senate, INS, and other government entities. Nyla began her career at the Close Up Foundation, a civic education organization where she managed an international studies program for students and teachers.
