Lauren Wittstadt is a Partner at Educe with more than 15 years of experience in Talent Management Technology managing talent management system implementation projects for Fortune 500 and government organizations. She delivers strategic consulting to customers in the areas of business process alignment and documentation, governance and change management, and serves as a subject matter expert on Cornerstone cloud-based talent management software. Lauren has extensive expertise gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining business processes, developing standard operating procedures, planning and execution of testing phases for systems, and developing and delivering training.
Prior to joining Educe, Lauren co-founded an online social media and event calendar business and, earlier in her career, served in tax roles at KPMG and BDO Seidman.
