Josh Silva is a Principal at Educe, focused on developing advisor level relationships with Educe’s partners and clients. With more than 10 years experience leading talent management software initiatives, he guides Educe teams to deliver implementations for enterprise clients in highly regulated industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Professional Services. His previous experience in HR practitioner roles, payroll and benefits management, and client-side leadership of technology implementations allows Josh to partner with clients at a strategic, functional, and practical level.
Prior to joining Educe, Josh served as a HR Technology Business Manager focused on optimizing talent processes, implementing HR technology, and developing people analytics.
