Christina DeLeonibus is a Manager at Educe. She leads Cornerstone OnDemand implementations across multiple industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Professional Services, Government, and Life Sciences. Prior to Educe, she worked on the client side for a Financial Services company, where she managed two LMS implementations. She also was the lead System Administrator of the systems and was deeply involved in the day-to-day upkeep of the system. Since being at Educe, she has broadened her specialty from LMS implementations to Performance Management, Succession Management, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Technical implementations. She is also responsible for Strategic, Business and Optimization consulting for new and exiting clients.
