Charlie Kauffunger founded Educe in 2003 to help clients plan for, deploy, and optimize talent management technologies. As Managing Partner, Charlie serves as a senior strategic advisor for clients and is responsible for the overall operations of the firm. He has over 25 years of experience in the design and deployment of enterprise software and business process transformation. Charlie’s specific expertise is the intersection of cloud software and organizational initiatives related to compliance, competency-alignment, sales force effectiveness, leadership development and the extended enterprise (i.e., customers, partners, and franchises).
Prior to Educe, Charlie worked as a Managing Consultant at Saba Software and Senior Technical Consultant at Booz-Allen Hamilton.
