She has a comprehensive understanding of Human Resource Information Systems as well as a deep knowledge in all facets of the HR discipline including: recruitment, compensation, performance, benefits, payroll, and succession planning. Prior to joining Educe, she worked as a System Administrator for both a healthcare system and large global retailer.
