Brandon is a Principal at Educe and has more than 10 years of experience advising organizations on how to best implement new or optimize existing talent management systems and associated processes. He’s led successful projects for hundreds of clients across verticals, including higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial/professional services. Additionally, Brandon has spoken at industry events held by the Association for Talent Development, Training Magazine, and various talent management vendor events.
Prior to joining Educe, Brandon spent 5 years facilitating nationwide software and compliance training while helping his organization pioneer a leadership development program for new college graduates in the healthcare space.
