Griffin Fernandez has over fifteen years of experience implementing eLearning programs and talent management systems, with ten of those years at Educe. Griffin’s responsibilities include business development, account management, and engagement oversight.
Phineas Lee has been with Educe for twelve years. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s data security and data privacy practices with an emphasis on continuous improvement and enhancement of Educe’s technology and operational processes.
Kathleen Waid, who joined the firm in 2017, will lead the new Educe Cloud practice, providing targeted software solutions to help organizations enhance their talent management capabilities. Kathleen is responsible for managing the design, delivery, implementation, and support of cloud-based solutions and custom web applications.
