As a Principal and Engagement Manager at Educe Group, Heather drives strategic and complex projects for mid-to-large market clients within government, technology and professional services industries. With 13 years of experience in Talent Management and Compensation, Heather is considered a subject matter expert with a focus of reinventing business processes and solutioning with platforms, including SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand. Her expertise in best practices, requirements gathering, business process alignment, administrative services and testing management has produced high quality results for her clients. Prior to joining Educe Group, Heather worked in HR Outsourcing Product Management focusing on Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Compensation Management applications. Her expertise assists in the seamless integration between organization’s HRIS and Talent Management integrations. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Saint Anselm College.
