This blog post was originally published back in 2017 with minor updates.

We’re counting down the days until Cornerstone Convergence 2019 and we hope to see you there!

With dozens of presentations and sessions (and who can forget networking events) we understand that it may be overwhelming.

That’s where we come in. We reached out to our staff here at Educe Group and asked them for their top tips to help you make the most of your time at Cornerstone Convergence.

Here’s what they had to say…

1.) Download the Convergence App

There’s a lot going on at the conference and you don’t want to miss a thing. Use the app to help create your schedule, rate sessions, schedule meetings with partners and communicate with other participants. To download, find the CrowdCompass AttendeeHub mobile app and search for “Cornerstone Convergence 2019.”

2.) Attend the Product Roadmap Session

Year after year, this is one of our favorites. The Product Roadmap session summarizes new and upcoming Cornerstone features and it gives you the chance to vote for product enhancements. It’s the last session after a couple of long days, but you won’t want to miss it.

3.) Wear Your Flair

Take advantage of the industry, organization size, and other identifiers that Cornerstone makes available for participants to wear on their nametags and lanyards. It will help you spot other attendees that share your areas of interest and makes networking even easier.

4.) Learn How to Develop an Effective Cross-Module Coordination Strategy

Check out Educe Group’s breakout session on Tuesday, June 4th at 3:00 pm. During this session, we will highlight some of the areas of the Cornerstone talent suite that require cross-module coordination as well as provide tips for creating a framework to help navigate these areas during implementation and beyond.

P.S. The first 50 people to attend the session will receive a copy of our NEW Cross-Module Implementation Guide.

5.) Get Ideas to Solve Existing Business Issues

Bring your list of current challenges and talk to attendees about how they have dealt with similar situations. Walk through the Partner & Product Expo and talk to Cornerstone’s partners to see if they have ideas as well. We’d love to have you stop by our booth #5 to pick up some swag and learn how Educe Group can help you implement and optimize your talent management technologies.

Now get your bags packed and we’ll see you in San Diego!
