That’s why we were thrilled this month when we became certificated as a “Great Place to Work” by Great Place to Work (GPTW).
To become certified by GPTW, 88% of our employees voluntarily participated in an online assessment by Trust Index©. The survey included a range of questions with categories pertaining to benefits, compensation, diversity, management style and more. The report provided Educe Group with an idea of our organizational strengths and opportunities, in addition to providing a benchmark of where we stand compared to the best workplaces in the country.
The results from the survey were recently published by Great Place to Work. Here are a few highlights from the study:

- 98% of our employees care about each other
- 98% of our employees said management is honest and ethical in our business practices
- 98% of our employees are willing to give extra to get the job done
